Recreational kayaking is a fun and easy way to get some exercise while enjoying a day in the outdoors.  Unlike whitewater kayaks, recreational kayaks are stable and easy to paddle.  Since my husband and I bought our two recreational kayaks, we are enjoying the Oklahoma outdoors like never before.  That is me in the picture above, paddling the North Canadian River...it is a blast!
