Quality Bordeaux grape, a long-time favorite for winemaking! Full-bodied flavor and deep, rich color ages extremely well. The dark blue fruit grows a vigorous 6 to 8 feet tall, thriving in full sun and slightly dry soil.

To keep the growth of the vine under control, prune it hard in summer to desired size and shape. The Cabernet Sauvignon wine grape matures in late Sept.  Zones 6 to 11

Chardonnay is a good-yielding white wine variety that buds early in the season and also ripens relatively early.  Chardonnay wine grapes ripen easily and produce medium-to-full-bodied wines with rich apple, citrus, and tropical fruit aromas and flavors, but the varieties full body is capable of supporting a host of complementary characteristics, such as oak, butter, and vanilla.
