Swiss Cheese

Swiss cheese is both nutty and sweet, in Switzerland they call it 'Swiss Emmental'. Some types of Swiss cheese have a distinctive appearance, as the blocks of the cheese are riddled with holes. In general, the larger the holes in a Swiss cheese, the more pronounced its flavor.

Many so-called Swiss Cheeses are made in the US such as: Baby Swiss, which is made from whole milk, and Lacy Swiss which is made from low fat milk.
